Joe d’Elia

Co-founder and CTO

Joe is the architect of the software. He is in charge of running Upscope smoothly and securely and leading the product roadmap.

A trained pilot with years of coding experience, Joe has previously lived and worked in Verona, San Francisco and New York.

Pardeep Kullar

Co-founder and COO

Pardeep keeps things moving, overlooking growth and is the idea machine of the company.

After graduating with a MSc in Information Systems from the London School of Economics, Pardeep spent 10+ years working in the engineering and health sectors in London and Texas.
