The Challenge

Workable users rarely encountered issues on their platform. However, whenever they did come across a bug, the support team wanted to help customers fast. Workable identified that they wanted a way to visually support customers over web chat, seeing the issue play out in real time. Additionally they wanted a process that would integrate with their existing support process and technology stack (Zendesk). 

The Solution

Using HelloScreen and the Zendesk integration, Workable agents are now able to see their customer’s screen, in real-time, with just a matter of clicks. This has led to a number of improvements across customer experience and support operations.
