In one click, without the user having to install anything, you’ll be able to
see the users screen when chatting to them using Intercom, Zopim, LiveChatinc
and olark.

Live chat tools allow a user to type messages directly to company staff from
their website. They’re growing, we use one and we’re building a tool that
integrates with it to make it simple to see the users screen and talk to them
while directing them through the site.

What’s the problem?

Ever been typing “ok, go to settings, then go to the team page and then, no
no, please click settings first, ok, done that? Is it open now? Oh, you can’t
find settings, are you logged in?
”. Do that for 20 minutes every time and you
know it sucks for the user and for you. Now imagine hitting a button and
watching their screen,** without them having to install anything**. Direct
them by highlighting areas and even click for them.
